  • It's been a long, long, time

Since Facebook, I haven't really been on xanga, but then I got the following email:

Hey cgclee - Are you keeping your site?
A lot of people have been asking for usernames that have already been taken. So we'll be cleaning up some sites in the next couple of months...

If you would like to keep your account, all you need to do is log in and post to keep your account!

Sign in and post to keep your site

Any inactive site will be removed from our system and the username will be available again at a later time.

So, I decided to make an entry.  Not sure who still uses this, maybe just the three that left a comment on th previous automated post.  Anyway, what's new?  Elyse is 22 months now, and does or says something to make us laugh everyday.  I can't believe how much she has grown, and now she will have a new baby sister in a couple of months. Time just flies.

I'm posting a video of Elyse taken today.  She is quite a drummer isn't she?  Not really.  :o)  She isn't anything like that three year old drummer all over youtube and that was on Oprah, Julian Pavone. Daddy should've started earlier.  They had Julian practicing at 6 months old with his highchair pulled up in front of his dad's drumset.

Here is a pic of Elyse enjoying the weather with Tita Liza, blowing bubbles outside.

  • Trick or Treat

Here are pics of Elyse her first time trick or treating.  She was dressed up as a little lady bug.  She had so much fun!

  • 14 months old

I'm 14 months old today.  It has been a while since Mommy has upated.  She's been busy working lately.  She has a job working from home, a new job working at church, and plus, I keep her busy all day long.  What's new with me?  Mommy and Daddy have started to let me watch Elmo's World on Sesame Street for 10-15 minutes a day.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE Elmo!!!  I can spot Elmo from a mile away.  I don't always call him Elmo though, most of the time, I call him "Momo".  Other words I can say are: keys, bye-bye, see ya, mommy, daddy, down, door, shoes, cracker, yogurrt, quack-quack,cow, don't, and my favorite word is no-no-no.  It is not always easy to understand me when I speak, but mommy and daddy understand most of the time.

Here is a picture of me with one of my "Momo" dolls.  I love taking care of him.  I like to push him in my stroller and change his diaper.  In the morning when I wake up, he is one of the first things I look for.

What's been happening with Elyse lately?  Today she is 1 month 1 year 1 day old.  Yesterday, she took a quick trip to the park, spent some time cleaning the bathroom, then today, went to a friend's birthday party.  What a busy schedule!

  • Hello to all of Elyse's friends on Xanga.  We haven't updated in a while.  So, what's been happening with Elyse these days?  Last week, Elyse had her 1year doctor's visit.  She is weighed in at 19 lbs 11.3 oz, and measured 29 inches tall.  She is at about the 25th percentile for her weight, 50th for height.  We've gotten the okay to give her cow's milk.  I was excited for that one!  Why is formula soooooOOOOoooo expensive?  Well, I've found many ways to save: trading coupons with people on Craigslist, friends... So far, she's been okay with the whole milk, but, it's made her a little constipated.  (I apologize for those of you who may think that is too much information.)  She's been trying more and more table food.  I've been a little hesitant with introducing foods to her because I have a lot of food allergies, and had even more allergies as a child.  This week, I gave her chicken nuggets which she loved.

Here are some pics of her enjoying her crackers.
